International Group Controller (m/f)

Our client, Haas Food Equipment GmbH, is one of the world’s leading international organizations in the production of food machinery. In order to support the Head of Group Controlling with his international agenda, we are currently seeking an independent and peripatetic Group Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and standardizing financial processes (controlling, accounting) in alignment with holding guidelines
  • Training and support of finance employees at international subsidiaries on site
  • Developing local finance processes and initiating (change) projects
  • Encouraging know-how exchange between the holding and subsidiaries
  • Globally representing the holding company and its values
  • First point of contact for finance professionals in various countries
  • Project responsibilities for corporate-wide projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of controlling experience, preferably with an international manufacturing company
  • Controlling expertise in theory and practice (tools and processes)
  • Advanced Process, project and change management skills
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with MS Excel and SAP’s financial modules
  • Fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50 percent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Intercultural competences
  • Hands-on approach
